5 Ways to Impact Your Day

You need to show up and attack every day with intention.  We are in a very competitive job market and 2024 is looking to bring a fair amount of uncertainty.    As a leader, you need to do your part with making a difference and showing your team, peers, and stakeholders that you are committed and on your game.

Here are 5 ways to impact your day in order to bring positive outcomes to your success.

Accomplish something before your day starts - Wake up and accomplish something.  Whether this is exercise, meditation, taking your kids to school, or reading a chapter in your favorite book.

Prioritize and Execute – Identify the top three tasks you would like to complete (and execute) each day.

Professional Development/Continued Education – Even if it’s 20 minutes, take some time on personal and professional development with reading a novel, textbook, listening to a podcast, taking classes.

What’s New? – Ensure that at the end of the day, you can share something new that you learned that day with someone in your life.

Be Grateful – Make your day count and think about something you are grateful for each day.
